ePac Flexible Packaging Acquires Precision Pouches

In the midst of rapid growth, ePac Flexible Packaging is excited to announce the acquisition of Precision Pouches. The addition is a win-win for both companies. As an integrated part of ePac Chicago, Precision Pouches will continue to deliver pouching services to current and new customers. ePac, an all-digital and short-run domestic flexible packaging converter, will leverage the fresh assets to increase capacity and better meet customers’ needs. ePac also recently expanded its operations by buying 10 HP Indigo 20000 digital presses, the largest packaging press order on record for HP.

ePac began operations at its headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin, in 2016. In 2017, the company opened a second facility in Boulder, Colorado. This year, the flexible packaging converter will open additional plants in Chicago, Miami, Houston and Los Angeles. The new locations are already accepting orders and temporarily fulfilling them in Madison and Boulder. Since ePac’s inception, the company has experienced high demand and growth.
